LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On May 21, 2018, Dep. John Fenwick responded to the 14000 block of Cornfield Harbor Drive in Scotland for the report of an assault. The victim advised that an argument had escalated and Robert Scott Webb, 56, of Scotland threw a can of beer and hit the victim in the head and grabbed the victim’s chest. Fenwick observed signs of injury, arrested Webb, transported him to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center and charged him with Second-Degree Assault. CASE# 26739-18
