On Oct. 25, Charles County Sheriff’s officers executed a search warrant at a house in the 11600 block of Kipling Drive in Waldorf as the result of a drug investigation.
Officers found crack and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.
The suspect, James Lyell McKissick, 41 of Waldorf, was arrested and charged with possession of crack and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officer D. Sauve handled the arrest.
