On Aug. 29 at 4:08 p.m., officers responded to a citizen’s call for a possible fugitive in the 19500 block of Lariat Place in Waldorf.
While searching for the subject, Cpl. J. Timko came into contact with Lionell Dion Williams, 32, of Waldorf. Cpl. Timko detected a strong odor of raw marijuana and upon further investigation found more than $1,000 in cash on Williams. He also found Williams in possession of two marijuana grinders, 12 grams of marijuana, 186 Oxycodone pills, and 29 Alprazolam pills.
Williams was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.
