Lusby, MD – One person was transported by ambulance to a regional shock trauma center following a single-vehicle crash Wednesday evening, Nov. 30 in Calvert County. According to the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office, the lone occupant of a vehicle traveling on Mill Bridge Road in Lusby was seriously injured when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. The crash occurred shortly after 10 p.m.
According to Captain Todd Ireland of the sheriff’s office, no accident reconstruction was conducted. The identity of the motorist has not been released and the crash remains under investigation.
Lusby, MD— At approximately 10:15 p.m., a serious motor vehicle accident was reported on Mill Bridge Road in the area of Lusby.
Early reports state that a vehicle hit a tree, injuries have been reported as a result of this motor vehicle accident.
One subject will need to be transported to a local trauma center.
