Robert Leroy Mauk Jr., 64 of California, was charged Oct. 23 on a Criminal Summons for five counts of indecent exposure.
Mauk, a registered sexual offender, has continuously exposed himself to the neighborhood children, police say.
The charges stem from an incident in late September in which police allege Mauk exposed himself to several young females that were playing outside of his residence.
Police say Mauk exposed himself at the front door of his residence and waved at the juveniles, who ran away.
Deputy David Yingling located the suspect inside his residence, naked, and placed him under arrest.
The summons this week was served by Deputy David Corcoran.
