Inmate Philip Chaney Farrell, 21, was placed on Work Release from the St. Mary’s County Detention Center on Jan. 28.
He is a lifetime sex offender registrant. He is currently employed at Metal Crafters Sheet Metal Company 12301 Washington Square Waldorf.
