At 1:55 a.m. May 28, TFC P. Trossbach of the Leonardtown trooper barrack was requested by Sheetz management to make contact with the driver of a parked vehicle and have the music volume turned down.
Upon contact with the driver, Henry Lee Jahn, 26, of California, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected.
A pat down for weapons was conducted prior to field sobriety tests being given. During the pat down, a brown box containing marijuana residue was located in Jahn’s pants pocket.
Jahn was issued a criminal citation for Possession of CDS Paraphernalia and released from the scene.
