The Human Resources Association of Southern Maryland (HRASM) is presenting Southern Marylandโs fourth all-day conference on November 19 from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Solomons – Conference Center & Marina, 155 Holiday Drive, Solomons, MD 20688. The conference will feature a keynote speaker and four breakout sessions with eight topics from which to choose. ย
Thirteen facilitators with varied backgrounds will speak on todayโs emerging HR issues including working to be well, HR metrics and organizational success, communication & culture, strategic succession planning, change management, FLSA, strengths based leadership, affirmative action and ethical practice in HR. This program is designed to provide professional development for HR professionals, support staff, business managers or anyone with Human Resources (HR) responsibilities. Conference information has been submitted and is pending recertification credits toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
