ARRESTS:

  • On January 15, 2014, Deputy Pontorno responded to Walmart in California for a shoplifter in custody. Loss prevention personnel heard the anti-theft alarm activate at the front doors and responded to the area. They found suspect, Bryant Mitchell Richardson, 24, of Lexington Park, exiting the doors with a television, which had not been paid for. The value of the television was over $250. Richardson was charged with Theft Under $1,000 by Criminal Citation.

  • On January 15, 2014, Deputy Schultz responded to a residence on Daisy Lane in Lexington Park for a violation of a protective order. The victim alleged suspect Natia Amanda Milburn-Hall, 28, of Lexington Park, called the victim repeatedly in violation of an active protective order. The investigation revealed Milburn-Hall had called the victim over 15 times. Deputy Schultz located the suspect and placed her under arrest. She was transported to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center and charged with Violation Protective Order, Telephone Misuse โ€“ Repeat Calls, and Harassment โ€“ Course of Conduct.

  • On January 14, 2014, Deputy Lance responded to the Kohlโ€™s Store in Lexington Park for a theft. Loss personnel observed suspect Martia Shemethia Hayward, 33, of Great Mills, conceal a pari of blue jeans on her person then exit the store without paying. Hayward was charged with Theft Under $100 by Criminal Citation.ย ย 

  • ย On January 16, 2014, Deputy Schultz responded to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center for a fight between inmates. The investigation revealed suspect Thomas Oakley Burch III, 49, of no fixed address, threw a cup of liquid on another inmate. Burch was charged with 2nd Degree Assault DOC Employee (inmate).

  • On January 16, 2014, Deputy T. Shomper responded to the Walmart in California for a theft. Loss prevention personnel observed a suspect, later identified as Michael David Mahar Jr., 36, of Leonardtown, place several items of merchandis
