ASSAULT – On October 27, 2014, Deputy Beasley responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a fight between inmates. The investigation revealed suspect Deionte William Johnson, 20, of Indian Head, pushed the victim inmate during an argument. Johnson was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.

ASSAULT – On October 28, 2014, Deputy Schultz responded to a residence on Lord Baltimore Way in Lexington Park, for a domestic disturbance. The victim alleged suspect Ashlie Nichole Payton, 20, of Valley Lee, pushed the victim with her hands. Payton then kicked stereo speakers belonging to the victim inside the residence. She then threw items at the victim’s vehicle causing damage. Payton was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was charged with 2nd Degree Assault and Property Destruction.

ASSAULT – On October 29, 2014, Deputy Beishline was patrolling in the area of the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, when we saw a fight in progress. Deputy Beishline observed suspect Gabriel Xavier Cassagnol, 55, of Ridge, striking the victim in the face and upper body. Cassagnol then threw the victim violently to ground. Deputy Beishline immediately took Cassagnol into custody and placed him under arrest. Cassagnol was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 2nd Degree Assault.

PEACE ORDER VIOLATION – On November 2, 2014, Corporal Connelly responded to a residence on Edge Mill Court for a reported violation of a peace order. The victim alleged suspect Tariq Shaheed Moran, 20, of Hollywood, approached the front door of the residence and attempted to speak to a person at the residence in violation of an active peace order. A second victim at the residence had an active protective order against the suspect. Moran was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Violation Peace Order and Violation Protective Order.

PROPERTY DESTRUCTION/FALSE FIRE ALARM – On November 2, 2014, Corporal Connelly was at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center when the fire alarm sounded. Investigation revealed inmate Garrett Thomas Weaver, 43, of Waldorf, broke the sprinkler head in his cell causing the room to flood. Weaver also tore apart the mattress and mattress cover issued to him. Weaver was charged with 2 COUNTS Property Destruction and False Alarm/Fire.

ASSAULT – On October 31, 2014, Deputy S. Cameron responded to a residence on Gran Harvest Lane in Lexington Park, for a reported assault. The victim alleged suspect Frederick Allen McCune, 33, of Lexington Park, grabbed the victim by the throat and pushed the victim into a chair. Deputy Cameron observed fresh injuries on the victim. McCune was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assualt.
