On View Arrests:
Assault- On September 1, 2021, Dep. Wimberly responded to the 45700 block of Elm Court in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Jeremy John Weller, age 40 of Lexington Park, pushed the victim to the ground, causing visible injury to the victim. Weller was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Assault- On September 1, 2021, Dep. Kril responded to the 21800 block of Ronald Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. The victim advised Lanika Monique Sloan-Stepney, age 36 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by biting the victim during an argument. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Sloan-Stepney was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. (No Photograph Available)
Assault- On September 2, 2021, Dep. Kril responded to the 46800 block of South Shangri-La Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. The victim advised Joseph Cephas Harrod Jr., age 60 of Lexington Park, put a knife to the victim’s neck threatening the victim as well as strangled the victim. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Harrod was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree.

Assault- On September 3, 2021, Dep. Allebach responded to the 21600 block of Liberty Street in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined James Andrew Stewart, age 40 of Lexington Park, grabbed the victim by the throat and pushed the victim into a wall, causing visible injury, Stewart was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Assault- On September 4, 2021, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 45900 block of Indian Way in Lexington Park, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Keith Antoine Mackall, age 29 of Lexington Park, damaged the victim’s vehicle and assaulted another victim, causing visible injury during an argument. Mackall was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property.
