Assault- On May 21, 2021, Cpl. Pontorno responded to the 21800 block of Milton Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Amber Renay Mason, age 28 of Lexington Park, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. As she was being escorted out of the residence, Mason attempted to punch and kick the victim in the presence of deputies. Mason was arrested and served the outstanding warrant and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 27004-21

Assault- On May 21, 2021, Dep. Katulich responded to the 45000 block of Athboy Court in California, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Jordan Malik Rodriquez, age 20 of California, assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim’s wrist, causing visible injury. Assault- On May 22, 2021, DFC. Ball responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Eric Landon Smith, age 29 of Lusby, threw water onto the victim. Smith was charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 27137-21

Hindering- On May 23, 2021, Lanatasha Annette Robinson, age 42 of Lexington Park, stopped to witness an arrest in the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. Robinson then exited the vehicle she was in and approached the police vehicle attempting to enter the vehicle where the arrestee was seated. Robinson then attempted to enter the arrestee’s vehicle which had minor children inside. Robinson was advised arrangements had been made for the children by family, however Robinson continued to attempt to get into the victim’s car to the children. Robinson was arrested and charged with two counts of Hindering an Investigation. CASE# 27351-21

Property Destruction- On May 24, 2021, Cpl. T. Snyder responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Christopher Shannon Bridgett, age 23 of Mechanicsville, shattered the glass observation window to the cell where he was housed. Bridgett was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 27488-21

Burglary- On May 25, 2021, Dep. Chase responded to the 21900 block of FDR Boulevard for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Robin Ann Laabs, age 49 of no fixed address, entered the victim’s residence via a window and removed a bottle of alcohol. Laabs was previously served a notice not to trespass at the residence. Laabs was arrested and charged with Burglary 1st and 4th Degree, Theft and Trespass: Private Property. CASE# 27579-21

Assault/Reckless Endangerment- On May 29, 2021, Dep. Luffey responded to the 38500 block of Swamp Lane in Avenue, for the reported disturbance with shots fired. Investigation determined Zarin Ray Lynch, age 29 of Clinton, punched the victim in the face, obtained a firearm from his vehicle and discharged at least one round as well as made threats of mass violence. Lynch is prohibited from possessing firearms/ammunition from previous convictions. Lynch was arrested and charged with Threats of Mass Violence, Assault 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment, Illegal Possession of Shotgun with Disqualifying Offense and Illegal Possession of Ammunition. Assault- On May 31, 2021, Dep. Walker responded to the 20900 block of Sawgrass Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Brian John Scowcroft, age 36 of Lexington Park, pushed the victim multiple times and struck the victim in the face. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Scowcroft was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 28670-21
