Assault- On June 19, 2021, Dep. Wimberly responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Michael Eugene Slagle, age 34 of Lexington Park, punched the victim in face several times during an argument while the victim was driving a vehicle. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Slagle was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 31831-21

Trespassing/Disorderly Conduct- On June 20, 2021, Dep. Kril responded to the 21600 block of North Essex Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported noise complaint. Upon arrival contact was made with Monroe Maurice Gantt, age 54 of no fixed address. Gantt was being loud, and neighbors were advising deputies Gantt’s actions were disturbing them and the victim did not want Gantt on the property. Gantt was told he was not to be on the victim’s property, however Gantt refused to comply and again entered onto the victim’s property. Gantt was arrested and charged with Trespass: Private Property and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 32088-21

Assault- On June 20, 2021, Cpl. Pontorno responded to the 45800 block of North Springsteen Court in California, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Katherine Jazthimen Diaz, age 22 of California, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the head with an object, causing visible injury to the victim. Assault- On June 21, 2021, Cpl. Pontorno made contact with the victim regarding an assault which occurred in the 13000 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Ridge. Investigation determined Terrence Demetrius Green, age 45 of Ridge, assaulted the victim by strangling the victim, leaving visible injury to the victim’s neck. Assault/Obstructing and Hindering- On June 21, 2021, Dep. Burgess responded to the 21700 block of Hancock Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. The victim advised Travis NMN Richardson, age 34 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by punching the victim in the face and grabbing the victims neck. Visible signs of injury were observed to the victim. During the investigation Richardson continued to create a disturbance hindering deputies from interviewing the victim and also attempted to push past deputies to continue yelling at the victim. Richardson was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Obstructing and Hindering an Investigation. CASE# 32367-21

Violation of Protective Order- On June 22, 2021, Cpl. Delozier responded to the 42000 block of St. John’s Road in Hollywood, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Christian Alexander Montanez, age 25 of no fixed address, was on the victim’s property in violation of a valid court order. Burglary- On June 22, 2021, Dep. Mattera responded to the 21800 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary. Investigation determined Lucas Tyler Marstaller, age 28 of no fixed address, forced his way into the victim’s hotel room. The victims were able to push Marstaller out of the room, and he later returned and attempted to force his way into the room again. Marstaller was located on scene and arrested. Marstaller was charged with Burglary 4th Degree. CASE# 32562-21

Indecent Exposure- On June 22, 2021, Dep. Jerew responded to the 22800 block of Three Notch Road in California, for the reported indecent exposure. Contact was made with a witness who advised they observed an individual urinating outside a business. Contact was made with Bradley William Baenke, age 21 of Illinois, who was determined to be the individual the witness observed. Baenke was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure. CASE# 32492-21
