Child Abuse/Assault- On February 19, 2020, Dep. Myers responded to the 21400 block of Compass Court in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Noel Livingston Plummer, age 39 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by striking the victim repeatedly with a piece of wood during a disagreement. The victim sustained injury to both arms and knuckles. Plummer was arrested and charged with Child Abuse 2nd Degree and Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 10481-20

Violation of Protective Order- On February 20, 2020, Cpl. Worrey responded to the 23100 block of Stoney Hill Lane in California, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined David Carroll Gass, age 59 of California, sent numerous text messages to the victim after being served a valid court order preventing Gass from contacting the victim. Investigation determined Joshua Aaron Clegg, age 25 of Tall Timbers, sent the victim an electronic message in violation of a valid court order preventing Clegg from contacting the victim.
