St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office On View Arrests

Escape/Drug Arrest- On September 24, 2021, Dep. C. Hill conducted a traffic stop in the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. Inside the vehicle was Christiana Lynn Crivella, age 36 of Lusby. Crivella was wanted on an outstanding warrant for escape for removing her GPS tracking device while on pretrial release. Crivella was arrested and located in her purse was a suspected CDS smoking device, and a plastic baggie containing suspected cocaine. Crivella was served the outstanding warrant and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia.

Assault- On September 24, 2021, Dep. Gardiner responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Austin Dylan Winbush, age 22 of Capitol Heights, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim to the ground and hitting the victim several times. Winbush was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Drug Arrest- On September 28, 2021, Dep. Graves conducted a traffic stop in the 20800 block of Great Mills Road in Great Mills. A probable cause search of the vehicle and purse belonging to Faith Marie Styles, age 18 of Hollywood, revealed a quantity of suspected cocaine. Styles was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.

Assault- On October 1, 2021, Dep. N. Hill responded to the 30000 block of Tomahawk Court in Mechanicsville, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Brandon Ryan Harris, age 22 of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim to ground, causing injury to the victim’s knee. Harris was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Assault- On October 1, 2021, Dep. Myers responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Daniel Allen Spooner Jr., age 31 of no fixed address, struck the victim in the face. Spooner was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Violate Protective Order- On October 3, 2021, Dep. Edelen responded to the 45000 block of Woolsey Manor Drive in Great Mills, for the reported motor vehicle collision. While investigating the accident, it was determined the victim was in a vehicle with Jermaine Alexander Carter, age 33 of no fixed address, in violation of a valid court order. Carter was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.

Violate Protective Order- On October 3, 2021, Dep. C. Hill responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Divante Quintil Kyler, age 30 of Lusby, contacted the victim by phone, in violation of a valid court order. Kyler was charged with Violation of Protective Order.

Assault- On October 4, 2021, Cpl. Roszell responded to the 44300 block of Azalea Way in California, for the reported check the welfare. Investigation determined William Lawrence Gaines, age 29 of California, assaulted the victim by hitting the victim in the head, causing visible injury to the victim. Gaines was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Protective Order Violation- On October 4, 2021, DFC. Raley responded to the 23600 block of Kingston Creek Road in California, for a check the welfare. Contact was made with the victim at the residence and investigation determined there was an active protective order preventing John Andrew Wilson, age 45 of California, from being at the victim’s residence. Wilson was located at the residence, arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order.

Drug Arrest- On September 22, 2021, members of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Division executed a search and seizure warrant on Michael Timmy Harrod, age 23 of Lexington Park, and the vehicle Harrod was utilizing. Located in the vehicle was suspected cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl, as well as a loaded firearm. Also in the vehicle was Lekeisha Tanae Barber, age 30 of Prince Frederick. During a search of the vehicle Barber was found in possession of suspected oxycodone pills and suspected heroin. Harrod was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession of Marijuana plus 10 grams, CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute Narcotics, CDS: Possession Large Amount, Manufacture CDS-Narcotic and Firearm Possession-Crime of Violence/Felony Conviction. Barber was arrested and charged with two counts of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.
