At 2:04 A.M. on June 19, 2011, emergency crews from Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department Co. 1, Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad Co. 19, and Seventh District Volunteer Rescue Squad Co. 59 were dispatched along with law enforcement to the 22000 block of Budds Creek Road. Squad 1 and Engine 11 responded from Co. 1, Ambulance 199 from Co. 19, and Ambulance 598 from Co. 59.ย Prior to fire and EMS arriving on scene, law enforcement advised that there was a large fight in progress on the scene and requested that fire and EMS units stage prior to the scene. Once the scene was secured, fire and EMS continued in to find a single vehicle overturned in a field with no patient.ย Shortly after, the police on scene requested Trooper 2 to assist in finding the patients and the St. Maryโs Advance Life Support was dispatched and Medic 3 responded.ย After locating the patients, crews were advised of a motor vehicle collision in front of Leonardtown Middle School reported serious with subjects trapped and the extra units on scene were diverted.ย Ambulance 598 transported a patient to St. Maryโs Hospital along with a AAA Ambulance that was on scene who transported a patient. Crews were on scene for a total of 30 minutes.

At 2:26 A.M. on June 19, 2011, emergency crews from Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department Co. 1, Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad Co. 19, Second District Volunteer Fire Department Co. 6 EMS, Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department Co. 7, Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad Co. 79, and St. Maryโs Advance Life Support were alerted for the t-bone style motor vehicle collision with subjects trapped and one unconscious, possibly not breathing on the 24000 block of Point Lookout Road in front of Leonardtown Middle School. Squad 1 and Truck 1 from Co. 1, Ambulance 199 from Co. 19, Ambulance 67 from Co. 6, Squad 7 from Co. 7, Ambulance 797 from Co. 79, and Medic 3 from SMALS responded to the scene. Truck 1 arrived on scene and requested a helicopter for a high priority transport to a trauma center resulting in Trooper 6 being dispatched along with Engine 73 to establish the landing zone. Crews immediately went to work to extricate the trapped patients as additional unit continued to arrive on scene. Shortly after, the helicopter was cancelled due to the high priority patient succumbing to their injuries. Emergency crews transported three patients to St. Maryโs Hospital. Crews operated on scene for a total of 40 minutes with Truck 1 remaining on scene for 2 hours and 53 minutes while law enforcement conducted an investigation.

At 9:13 A.M. on June 19, 2011, Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department Co. 1, Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad Co. 19, Seventh District Volunteer Fire Department Co. 5, Seventh District Volunteer Rescue Squad Co. 59, and St. Maryโs Advance Life Support were dispatched along with law enforcement to the 22000 block of Colton Point Road for a motor vehicle accident with a single vehicle into a building with a subject trapped.ย Squad 1 responded from Co. 1, Ambulance 199 from Co. 19, Chief 5, Squad 5, and Engine 54 from Co. 5, Ambulance 598 and Paramedic 599 from Co. 59, and Medic 3 from SMALS.ย Chief 5 arrived on scene initially confirming the report of a vehicle into a building. The subject was able to get out of the vehicle from the passenger side door resulting in Chief 5 returning units from Co. 1, 19, and SMALS to service and keeping units from Co. 5 and 59. Ambulance 598 transported one patient to St. Maryโs Hospital. Crews worked on scene for 23 minutes.
