On February 3 at 8:35 p.m., DFC J. Norton conducted a traffic stop on northbound Md. Rt. 4 at Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick.
The driver and a single passenger were both found to be in possession of suspected drugs. Dominic J. Bright, 20 of Valley Lee and Andrew S. Turkovich, Jr., 18 of California, were both arrested and each charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a glass smoking device, and possession of marijuana in sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute.
