On May 19, Deputy Shaun Carberry responded to a residence in Lexington Park for a reported trespassing.
Once on the scene Carberry observed Daven Ambrose Williams, 22, of no fixed address leaving the area of the complaint’s residence. Williams was identified by witnesses as being the person beating on the windows and doors of the complainant’s residence. Williams had previously been served with a notice not to trespass on the complainant’s property.
Williams was arrested and charged with Trespassing.
