Annapolis, MD – This is to advise you that Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately, Thursday, Oct. 6, and returned to full-staff at sunset, Saturday, Oct. 8.
This is in honor of Staff Sgt. Adam S. Thomas (pictured, right), who was a Special Forces Solider from Takoma Park, who died Tuesday, Oct. 4.
