Anthony Tyrone Adams
Lexington Park, MD – On January 5, 2020, Tfc D. Buckalew and Tpr J. Engleman responded to the area of Nicolette Park, 21871 FDR Blvd, Lexington Park, MD for the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred.
Investigation revealed that the suspect, identified as Anthony Tyrone Adams, 35 of Lexington Park, MD approached the victim and attempted to steal a satchel from the victim. The victim fought Adams and Adams displayed a knife. Adams stole the satchel but was located a short distance away.
Adams was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Robbery, First and Second Degree Assault and Theft less than $100. 20-MSP-000603
