Garden Ornaments Rearranged and Damaged: Two Teens Charged
On 9/4/05 at 8:17 a.m., TFC M. W. Laney responded to a residence on Evergreen Park Drive in Lexington Park for the reported malicious destruction of property. The victim advised that unknown suspects had entered their yard and rearranged yard ornaments and broke several items. TFC Laney was able to apprehend one 15 year old male from Lexington Park and a 15 year old male from Great Mills. The juveniles confessed to the admitted to the crime and were placed under arrest and were charged as juveniles with malicious destruction of property under $500. The juveniles were processed at the Leonardtown Barrack and released to a parent pending action by juvenile authorities. The damage to the victimโs property is estimated at $65.
Would-Be Burglar Runs from Alarm
On 9/7/05, at 11:25 p.m., TFC A. J. Rossignol responded to Hillโs Auto Repair in Bushwood for the reported burglary. The investigation revealed unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the business by breaking a front window. The audible alarm was set off and the suspect(s) ran from the business. The owner advised nothing was removed from the business. The damage to the business is estimated at $50. This investigation is continuing.
Rock Thrown at St. Maryโs Boys and Girls Club

On 9/3/05, between 8:30 p.m. and 9:00p.m., unknown suspect(s) removed the expiration sticker from a Maryland registration plate on a vehicle parked at a residence on Little Girls Way in Lexington Park.
Second Sticker Stolen at Park and Ride
Between 9/6/05 at 10:05 p.m. and 9/7/05 at 4:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) removed the expiration sticker from a Maryland registration plate on a vehicle parked at the Park and Ride in Charlotte Hall.
