09/03/05 7:55 p.m. A vehicle traveling northbound on U.S. Rt. 301 at Fairgrounds Road was stopped for speeding. A consent search of the vehicle revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The passenger, Michael Eugene Evans, 27 years, of Fredericksburg, VA, claimed ownership of the marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Evans was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC F. Car Search Reveals Crack Cocaine, Heroine, Powder Cocaine, and Marijuana
09/04/05 at 7:30 p.m: A vehicle traveling northbound on U.S. Rt. 301, north of Glen Albin Road, was stopped for speeding. Upon contact with the driver, Darell Renard Warren, 42 years, of Washington, D.C., a baggie of suspected crack cocaine was observed in plain view. Mr. Warren was arrested and a search incident to arrest revealed a quantity of crack cocaine, heroine, powder cocaine, marijuana, and U.S. currency. Mr. Warren was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC F. Bouknight conducted this investigation.
