Detectives from the St. Maryโs Bureau of Criminal Investigations located Joseph Allen Stillwell, 29 of Annapolis, and served eight outstanding warrants on him.
Stillwell was returned to St. Maryโs County and is being held without bond.
The warrants included charges of Theft Scheme under $500, four separate counts of failure to appear, Driving while revoked, Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as well as theft under $100, Theft under $500 and Forgery and uttering false documents.
At 9:15 p.m. June 6, TFC A. Rossignol Leonardtown trooper barrack served arrested Marcus Aurelina Clark, 38, of Lexington Park, on a District Court Bench Warrant for failing to follow conditions of probation on a DUI conviction. Clark was taken to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center and held on no bond.
At 10:14 p.m. June 6, TFC J. Linger Leonardtown trooper barrack served arrested Robert Lee Jupiter III, 23, of Chaptico, on a Circuit Court Warrant for failing to appear in court to answer to a telephone misuse charge. Jupiter was taken to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center and held on no bond.
At 8:16 a.m. June 9, TFC M. Moore of the Leonardtown trooper barrack served Geoffrey Daryl Daniels Jr., 22, of Lexington Park, with a summons to appear in court for failing to perform community service.
At 10:20 a.m. June 10, TFC M. Moore arrested Suzanne Emely Garner, 40, of Lusby, on a bench warrant for violation of probation. She was taken to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center and held on no bond.
At 9:20 p.m. June 16, TFC J. Linger arrested Antonio W. Chase, 19, of Lexington Park, on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court for charges of making a false statement to police and, obstructing and hindering an investigation. Chase was taken to the Detention Center and held on no bond.
At 4 a.m. June 19, TFC M. Moore arrested Alfred L. Jones, 32, of Lexington Park, on a bench warrant for failing to pay a deferred payment. ย Jones was taken to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center and held until either posting a $208.00 bond or paying $208.00 and closing the possession of marijuana case.
