
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Oct 5 at 9:16 a.m., an officer located on Burnside Street and Bay Ridge Avenue, an officer saw the stolen black Ford F150 taken from Ritchie Lane on Sept. 22 being driven on Spa Road.
He attempted to stop the vehicle with other officers assisting. The vehicle did not stop initially, but officers followed the vehicle to Burnside Street at Bay Ridge Avenue where it stopped.
The occupants were arrested without incident. There were no injuries or property damage involved. The driver, Sincere Brown, 18, of Glen Burnie, was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft and reckless endangerment. He was released by the District Court Commissioner on his own recognizance.ย
The 16 year old female passenger, also from Annapolis, was charged with possession of marijuana under 10 grams and released to a guardian.
