UPDATE: This message is for the parents/guardians of students attending the following schools: Chesapeake Public Charter School, Esperanza Middle School, Fairlead Academy I, George Washington Carver Elementary School, Great Mills High School, Green Holly Elementary School, Greenview Knolls Elementary School, Lexington Park Elementary School, Park Hall Elementary School, Spring Ridge Middle School, and Town Creek Elementary School We have been informed of an ongoing investigation by law enforcement in the Lexington Park area. As a precaution, we are maintaining our students inside the building. After consulting with local law enforcement, schools will be released on time.
