CALIFORNIA, Md. – On Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 8:30 p.m., at the Sheetz convenience store in California, the victim left a phone on the counter.
The clerk working at the time gave the phone to the suspect, believing it belonged to him. The suspect then left the store in a silver Volvo which was last seen at the corner of North Essex Drive and Saratoga Drive in Lexington Park.
