Valerie Miller
On December 6, 2015, Deputy C. Ward conducted a check welfare on the occupant in a vehicle parked on Town Center Boulevard, in Dunkirk. He determined the driver, Valerie Miller, 36, of Lothian, MD, to be under the influence from ‘huffing’.
She was arrested for CDS-Inhale harmful substance and two (2) counts of paraphernalia possession (metal spoon and glass smoking device).
