Prince Frederick, MD— On December 18, 2015 , Deputy C. Idol was dispatched to the Prince Frederick Walmart store for a theft that had just occurred. He stopped Holly Brown, 31, of Virginia Beach, VA and James Maddox, 27, of no fixed address.
They were both arrested for Theft $1000. – $10,000; James Maddox was also arrested for possession of paraphernalia (baggie).
