On Feb. 17, at 7:30 am, Cpl. J. Linger initiated a traffic stop on a black Ford Explorer on Three Notch Road at Airport Road in Hollywood for an equipment violation.
Contact was made with the driver, Ronald Edward Moy, Jr., 24 of Lusby, and a routine MVA check revealed his driving privileges are suspended. Moy was taken into custody. Moy was found to be in possession of an unlabeled pill bottle containing nine Percocet pills. Moy was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner
