On Nov. 8 at 10:30 p.m., officers canvassing the 3200 block of Mattawoman Beantown Road in Waldorf, observed a suspicious vehicle.
A check of the car revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect, Douglas Edward Quade Jr., 20 of La Plata, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officer G. Barnhart Sr. made the arrest.
