On April 20, 2017, at 10:34 a.m., a female wearing a pink tank top and gray sweatpants entered the Target Store in California and stole numerous make-up items. She returned to the store at 11:23 a.m. and attempted to return the stolen items for cash. The exchange was declined, and she exited the store and left the area in a newer model Black in color Ford.
