On Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 3:21 p.m., TFC E. M. Evans responded to the Navy Federal Bank on Corporate Way in Lexington Park, for a reported bad check.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 30 of Lusby, who advised Victoria Elizabeth Milan, 18 of Great Mills, attempted to cash a check on a closed account. Evidence supporting the attempt was provided by the establishment.
Milan was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. Milan was charged accordingly and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
