A seventeen-year-old male from Lusby stole a bottle of beer from CJ’s Grocery store on Rousby Hall Road in Lusby on May 1 at 3:45 p.m.
A store employee caught him after he left the store with the beer and called police.
Dep. James Norton charged the youth with theft on a youth report and released him to a parent.
