Bryans Road, MD— On August 3 at 10:26 p.m., officers responded to the 2100 block of Photinia Court in Bryans Road for the report of an assault that just occurred between two teens who knew each other. Investigation showed the victim and suspect were arguing when the suspect produced a gun and threatened him.
The victim was able to flee and called police. After further investigation, officers obtained a search warrant for the suspect’s house where they located a BB gun, counterfeit money, and supplies to make counterfeit money.
The suspect, a 16-year-old male, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault. Officer B. Keys and Det. C. Gilroy are investigating.
