On February 26 at 9:48 p.m., a Charles County Sheriff’s officer observed a drug transaction taking place near a car in the 8700 block of Riverside Road in Nanjemoy.
When the officer initiated a traffic stop, the driver failed to stop and fled to his residence about a mile away. Officers apprehended the driver and found marijuana inside the car.
Brian Christopher Webb, 19, was charged with traffic violations and possession of marijuana.
