On June 5, 2010 at 1:54 p.m., Trooper First Class Gill stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Old Field Lane in Prince Frederick.
During the traffic stop, two knives were located. Warren M. Herring Jr., 19 of Prince Frederick, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
