On August 29 at 1:16 a.m. after stopping a vehicle for a traffic violation at Rousby Hall Road and Md. Rt. 4 in Lusby, DFC J. Morgan arrested the driver, a 17-year-old male from Lusby, and charged him with possession of drugs on a youth report.
The juvenile was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Ambien and drug paraphernalia, a digital scale with unknown residue.
The teen was released to a parent.
