Deputy S. Lefave responded to the Walmart in California, for trespassing on Oct. 2. The suspect, Anthony Lashawn Briscoe, age 18, of California had been previously served a notice not to trespass. The suspect became disorderly during the arrest. Briscoe was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Trespassing Private Property and Disorderly Conduct.
