Following the Terrapin Club Southern Maryland District’s successful inaugural event, the group is proud to announce a partnership with the University of Maryland Alumni Association, Southern Maryland Chapter. Their joint event will be held Saturday, October 23rd at the Ruddy Duck in Solomons.
Kickoff is at 1:00 p.m., and the two groups will be offering giveaways. The Ruddy Duck will be offering drink specials, and there is no cost to attend the event. As the event is being broadcast on ESPN3, many local residents will not have access to watching the game without attending a local game watch.
As the University of Maryland’s official athletic booster association, the Terrapin Club helps support over 700 student athletes in 27 sports. The Terrapin Club District System provides the opportunity for Terp fans all across the East Coast to remain active supporters of Maryland Athletics. All Maryland fans are welcome and encouraged to become active members of their district.
