At 2:30 p.m. March 30, TFC L. Nims of the Leonardtown trooper barrack responded to the WAWA, Great Mills, for a reported assault.
The victim said the suspect began an argument over her ex-boyfriend.
When a witness pulled the victim away from the escalating argument, the suspect charged her and began hitting her in the face.
Minor abrasions were observed to the victims face.
Attempts to contact the witness and suspect have been negative. The investigation is continuing.
