Carnival season is in full swing in Southern Maryland for 2017, and the Ridge Fire Department did not disappoint. The Ferris Wheel, tilt-a-whirl, kids’ trains, games of chance and much more.
Of course, you had your plethora of carnival food; hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, funnel cake, ice cream, just to name a few. As the carnival winded through the day, kids were seen running to lines wanting to get back on their favorite ones. Taking a walk through the food areas, you got the smells that brought you back to childhood.
If you weren’t so much into the rides, there were definitely plenty of games of chance. Take a pick of which game of chance you wanted to try your hand at and it was there. Several winners came out with their prizes.
