Kid wants it to snow, Jack Frost can make it snow, but has to get permission from Santa Claus who is in Holly Jolly Land vacationing, and Jack refuses to interrupt Santa’s vacation but the kid is persistent, they chase each other,  run into each other, and Jack falls down and is knocked out ‘cold’.  Kid’s parents aren’t home so she ventures out to Holly Jolly Land to seek Santa’s help.

In the meantime Santa’s helpers, Popsicles the animated Polar bear, Max the dog, Beethoven another dog, Ellie the elephant and Jingles the animated horse who also tap dances, ‘wake’ Jack up and ask him to ‘MC’ a musical revue.  Is Jack dreaming this or is he really being the master of ceremonies that he’s always dreamed of doing?

He conducts a show, while the kid is on her journey.  The kid encounters the Grinch along her journey, dancing hip hop elves, Fred and Ginger Bread dancing, and Super Magic man Reggie in Jingle Bell Town at the local cabaret where the elves are hanging out for some relaxation!  So how does it all end?  Does Kid find Santa? Is Santa willing to help Kid with Jack Frost? Is Jack really the MC of a show? Will it ultimately snow for Christmas?
