On April 29, Dfc Scott Ruest responded to the CVS in Lexington Park for a reported theft. Dfc Ruest learned Willie Sheldon Miller, 43 of no fixed address entered the business, used a bottle of deodorant and then returned it to the display shelf.
While still in the store, Miller approached a customer/victim and rubbed her body with his hand without her consent. Miller who had left the business prior to the arrival of law enforcement was located in the vicinity of the business and arrested. Miller was charged with Second Degree Assault, Fourth Degree Sex Offense and Theft under $100.
