Deputy Jason Maletto responded to a Leonardtown bank for the reported forgery.
His investigation revealed that two suspects Aimee Lynn Haines-Johnson (Age 24 of Lexington Park) and Braden Thomas Johnson (Age 22 of Lexington Park) had stolen checks from the victim and began to cash them.
Suspect Braden Johnson was charged with Forgery, Issuing a False Document and Theft. Suspect Haines-Johnson was charged with Forgery and Theft.
