At 1:14 a.m. June 4, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the Community Center on Sheffield Circle in Waldorf, for a citizen’s request for assistance in clearing the parking lot of disorderly persons.
Officers observed Marcus Antonio Butler, 22, of Waldorf cursing, yelling and attempting to fight other people.
Officer Snyder attempted to arrest Butler and he resisted, however he was subdued and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
He is being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
