On June 26, at 12:48 a.m., Tpr. R. L. Jackson responded to the 46000 block of Rogers Drive for a reported assault that occurred in the 21000 block of Old Missouri Street in Lexington Park.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a male complainant, 23 of Lexington Park and female witness, 24 of Callaway, both of whom advised that a male subject pointed a gun and threatened bodily harm to the male complainant.
Pending information provided by the complainant and witness, arrested for First-Degree Assault was Dantae Vincent Gross, 23 of Lexington Park.
Upon being located, no handgun was recovered on Gross or in the vehicle he was occupying. Gross was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
