At 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 16, a 14-year-old Bryans Road boy was walking on the foot path near the tennis courts in the 5400 block of South Hampton Drive in Bryans Road when he was tackled from behind by three suspects and fell to the ground.
One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded the boy’s cell phone. The boy complied and the suspects fled into the adjacent wooded area.
The first suspect is described as a black male wearing a black ski mask. The second and third suspects are described as white males wearing black long-sleeve shirts and blue jeans. The second suspect was wearing an orange mask and the third was wearing a black mask.
