Indian Head, MD – On January 5 at 11:32 a.m., two people were sitting in a parked car in the 4800 block of Indian Head Highway in Indian Head when an unknown truck approached and someone inside the truck fired a BB gun at the parked car, shattering the driver’s window.
The suspect truck fled. Neither of the occupants in the car were injured.
The victims called 911 and followed the truck to the 5400 block of Chapman’s Landing Road, where they waited for officers to arrive. Upon arrival, officers located the unoccupied truck in the woods.
Officers subsequently identified and located three suspects – two 17-year-old males and a 16-year-old male. The suspects were charged as adults with first-degree assault.
