Tomorrow (Thursday, March 29) is the final day for early voting for Maryland’s 2012 presidential primary. Election Day is Tuesday, April 3, and polls will be open then from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Early voting is 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Calvert County location is 30 Duke Street in Prince Frederick. The Charles County location is the county election board office at 201 Charles Street in La Plata. The St. Mary’s location is Room 14 in the Potomac Building at the county government complex in Leonardtown.
Voters get chance to vote for president, one member of the U.S. Senate and for House of Representatives, along with convention delegates. In St. Mary’s County there are local races for circuit court judge and two school board seats.
In St. Mary’s County the League of Women Voters is doing a candidate’s forum for the judge and school board races on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Lexington Park Library.
