Authorities are on the scene of a bus accident along Crain Highway in the area of Rock Point Road (Route 257) in Newburg.
The accident happened shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 4. Authorities tell TheBayNet.com that two tour busses were involved and at least nine people have been injured and transported to Civista Medical Center. None of the injuries are reported to be serious.
Mutaual Aid from St. Mary’s County has been requested and Mass Casualty units have been called to the scene.
